A man with a passion. An individualist who follows delineated paths. A perfectionist with a creative mind. He spends most of his time in the kitchen.

His professional career began in his home town Kraków where he learned from such culinary figures like Pierre Gaillard from the French restaurant Cyrano de Bergerac and then from Italian maestro Alfredo Chioccetti – the head of the restaurant in the Hotel Pod Różą at that time. During this period he also participated in numerous internships abroad for example in France (at George Blanc -  Grand Chef Cuisinier, ***Guide Michelin), in Italy and also in Hungary.

In Copernicus Hotel he presented his own unique style of cooking. In the years 2003-2005 he assumed the position of a cook for Polish Ambassador in Budapest. After returning to Poland, he took up the position of the Executive Chef at the hotel catering complex - Donimirski Boutique Hotels (the restaurant Cul-De-Sac in Gródek Hotel and the restaurant in Kościuszko Hotel). He was also the executive chef in **** Unicus Hotel in the years 2009-2013.

A laureate and two-time winner of the national culinary competitions. In November 2002, together with international team, he won the bronze medal in World Cup in Luxembourg. In 2012 along with the national team he won the bronze medal in the Culinary Olympiad in Erfurt (IKA Olympiade der Köche). Currently, he is a juror in prestigious competitions organized in Poland.

The winner of the prize of the Academy for the Galician Taste in 2000 and 2001. He represented Kraków at the end of the Festival of European Capitals of Culture which was held in Bolonia in 2000. He is a performer  of many Gastronomic Festivals, for example Polish Cuisine in Budapest (2004) and Polish-Jewish Cuisine in Quito (2007).

Co-author of culinary album ‘Bite the World’ issued by National Geographic in 2008 and the author of many articles to culinary magazines and gastronomic portals.
